I have more than fifteen years of professional experience in anticipating, identifying, and analyzing real estate market trends. I founded Urban Team Inc. in 2013 for providing consulting, investment advisory, valuation and real estate brokerage services to developers, property owners and public agencies. We  assist our clients in finding, acquiring, developing, managing and disposing residential and commercial real estate. Our core services include:

Real estate sales and leasing
As the managing broker of a real estate brokerage company, I am involved in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley Region.

Urban land and Development consulting
We conduct pre-development studies for urban land uses and real estate products, ranging from residential, retail, office, industrial uses in for developers and landowners. Conducted market research and financial feasibility analysis for investigating the highest and best use for development sites and viability of investment proposals. Also, developed economic models to identify development thresholds and maximum allowable FAR’s for mixed-use development sites.

Property assessment and appraisals
We also undertake assessment appeals as well as appraisals of vacant land, retail property, multi-family property, office and industrial properties in Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley.
